Even though Raleigh was rainy and ugly, we headed to the Atlantic Ocean. Too nice! I had been giving the girls a hard time about getting outside in the sunshine. Both of them are whiter than white. However, they did have a good time, despite what they may tell you.
And of course, Allison HAS to have the tongue out!
It ended up being a perfect day. Weather was perfect. Not crowded. Took a cooler and our wagon, chairs, Sounddock! It was perfect!
Allison said "You said no tongue", well she was right. I laughed as her hair covered her face in all 5 pictures that I took!
Lauren had Allison bury her in the sand. Then she decided to sit on her after I took a few pics!
Can't forget texting. Can't be out of touch with the important peeps!

We headed out and stopped at Bowmans for dinner before heading home. I love that seafood place. Its fast, and they serve you a ton of food. They said they deliver...I asked if they could deliver to Raleigh. Its definately a place we stop everytime we are coming back through. I love the beach. Makes me rethink job opportunities. Maybe the beach is where we need to be. Something to think about, huh?
