Today Dad went for Round 4 out of 12. Still doing great! Minimal to little side effects. Hes losing weight but alot from watching what he is eating too. He is glad. He looks great and he said its the 1st time he has been under 200 pounds in years! Keep up the great work, Dad...I love you!
