So glad I am NOT at work today. But much to do thats for sure. Went to Sams last night for the Sunshine Committee and bought over $500 worth of chips, chocolate, drinks, etc. to keep the co-workers happy! Brian is heading over to look at the Jetta to hopefully help do whatever, minimal things I need to do in order to attempt to sell it. I still owe Rod his equity in the house and since its been years, I need to get that paid. Big yard sale planned for Saturday. Weather report says its going to rain, but hopefully LATER in the day! My mother is coming tonight and my sis, Parker and Brianna are coming Friday night. Allisons make-up softball game is Friday, so Grandma will get to see her play. But we will be sorting out through about 40 crates of kids clothes, toys, shoes, etc. in order to sell EVERYTHING. That will keep us busy most of the day on Friday. Im off until Monday so hopefully we will have a great weekend.
Took some pics at work yesterday Im adding in. Enjoy!
Keep up with our fun and crazy life that we are blessed with and hopefully you are a part of it!

Madonna and Annas geology test were all that was good today!
Yesterday went so well, why did I assume that today would continue to be the same... Well we all know what happens when you assume, right? Well today at 10am the pre-sale for Madonna tickets went on sale to the venue that Pam and I had picked out, which this year is going to be Atlanta. Yes I have seen her in Atlanta before, but the Miami date was the day before Thanksgiving, so who wants to put up with flights and potential delays... I would die! But after searching for 20 minutes, Pam and I decided on what tickets and we ended up with 12th row on the main floor, right IN FRONT of the stage... we have seen her numerous times and not lucky enough to get those good of seats so who cares what the price is... ITS MADONNA! So then off of that high note came some terrible news at work... Cant get into that now, but will elaborate on that later. Anna came in at 1100 and the much anticipated wait was over.. and yes Dallas has definately passed geology this semester.. A++++++! Anna was glowing and so excited. Her ring is gorgeous!
Allison had a ball game tonight.. She got hit in the ankle and isnt walking too well, but tolerable. We now have 2 of us barely walking in this house.. what to do...??? Allison took some Motrin and an ice pack and hopefully will be feeling better in the am. Lauren is walking semi-without crutches but still not with a 'normal' gait. Another MRI and bloodwork scheduled for 30 days.. Only 5 more days of school for the girls and then off for a month before heading back to 7th and 5th grade!!!!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. We woke up to some overcast weather, which didn't make the girls happy since its 'official' pool-opening day! But since Allison and I had started taking down every single box and crate from the 2nd floor attic, we decided it was best to finish that first. We did! Hooray! We got all the boxes and crates down from the 2nd floor attic down to the living room. We are having a HUGE yard sale next Saturday and hopefully selling ALL OF IT. The attic was so hot, Allison and I had to take turns being up there. Chris suggested getting a fan to blow out some of the air...I think we may look into that! Allison is such a great helper to me, I couldn't have done it without her.
We are going to try to make it to the pool tomorrow, if we get all of our lists done. Chris and I are heading over to the storage building shortly to get more kids clothes that we need to get rid of in the yard sale, and eventually get rid of the storage building all together. I have way too much stuff and if we plan on selling this house in the next year and moving on, then get rid of everything we can!
Anna called me this morning with the great news of getting engaged! I am so happy for her... and her ring even 'lives up to my standards!'. Can't wait to see her on Tuesday and see the rock!
Hope everyone has a great weekend! Talk to you soon!

Tie-Dying at North Garner Middle School
Happy Friday! I headed to North Garner Middle School today to help with Ms. HL's class from 0800-1300. There I was tie-dying shirts for hundreds of 6th graders! I can't remember when I had so much excitement. I now have the multi colored fingers and legs to prove it. I only regret not bringing a shirt of my own! I took some pics of some of Allisons friends... Kelsey... Are you getting in those 'crevices?' Sarah had a blast and we didn't even have to deal with Charlie! What a wonderful and fun day!

UNC Hospital- Here we come!
Hey guys! Lauren and I ventured to UNC Hospitals today for her appointment with Dr. Richard Henderson, a pediatric orthopedist and Dr. Chandler. She had her 3rd set of bloodwork done yesterday with her 2nd MRI. I picked up her lab results yesterday, which her ESR remains at 35 and her CRP is at 8.13. I didn't have the reading of the MRI by the time I left, but got a copy of the reading while in Chapel Hill today. We are going to continue with her staying on crutches with another follow up MRI and bloodwork in 30 days. She is going to be taken off the Relafen and will just use Motrin. We are off to take a nap, as we have had a long day!
